It’s fitting that CAAA has come to a point that it can help professional accountants bring about the NEXT chapter of their lives, given that it was just such a transaction that gave birth to our firm 16 years ago.

 
 

Since 2006, we have helped facilitate the retirement of 10 accountants, and we have done it quietly and with excellent results.

We are very proud of the fact that all of the accountants we have worked with over the years remain friends and colleagues without exception! Whilst there are many reasons for this, the fact that we have had the privilege of working with very decent people, stayed committed to making fair and balanced deals and then delivered on our commitments has been key.

As one of a very small group of genuinely large boutique firms in the market, we are perhaps the only one that has this depth of experience in facilitating retirement. We are proudly full service and big enough to satisfy most, whilst retaining the culture and values of small firm….and that’s just how we like it!

PROUDLY PRIVATELY OWNED

CAAA is a Private Professional Practice, and that’s how it going to stay. We don’t believe that being a Public Company is the right way for us to run an accounting firm and we never will.

ACCOUNTANTS FIRST

Our practice has many components, but we are accountants first, as is our entire leadership team. We are proud of our firm and don’t want it to become a distribution channel for a Financial Services Corporation.

EXPERIENCED IN M&A

We have been very fortunate to work with some fantastic accountants over the years. And we are very proud that all of our partnerships have gone very well both personally and financially, with all relationships intact and commercial commitments meet. There is no other firm our size with a bigger or better track record in this area.

 

CONSULTANTS NOT RETAILERS

Like you, we take a bespoke consultative approach to the delivery of professional services and will encourage you continue to do the same. We do not employ a retail or productized service strategy.

TECHNOLOGY IS A TOOL ONLY

As a progressive firm we have state of the art technology at our disposal, but to us technology is a tool it does not define us or what we do. You will not be expected to relearn entirely new accounting software platforms as you transition.

BOUTIQUE CULTURE

As a large boutique we still have a small firm feel and culture. You and your clients will feel at ease working with like-minded people.
